Non-Immigrant Visas
We will handle all matters related to an application for a non-immigrant visa, preparing and filing all required documents to get your visa, and representing you in any hearings, proceedings or interactions related to your visa application. If you are entering the United States from a country that has a reciprocity agreement, we will take the necessary steps to allow you to travel within the US for up to 90 days without a visa.
We will also take the time to help you understand what you must carry with you when traveling in the United States. This includes:
- Your passport, issued by your home country, with the entry visa stamped on it
- The I-94 form attached to your passport
