Our Removal Defense Practice
If you have received a Notice to Appear (NTA) from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office (an agency within the Department of Homeland Security), you could face removal or deportation. The proceeding is similar to a trial, with an immigration judge listening to arguments from the USCIS, as well as your attorney. At the conclusion of the proceeding, the judge will issue either an order of termination (ending the proceeding), relief from removal, or removal.
